Needed Geek Squad to install wifi extenders - HAPPY! I have yet to have had a bad experience with them doing an install before. Will probably continue to use them for future installs after purchases made at Best Buy

I recently had the Ring alarm system installed with an additional camera for the back of house. Yesterday I had a third camera installed that covers the front gate so I should be well protected now.

The geek squad employee who came out was excellent. Couldnt hqve asked for a more knowledgeable person.

Geek squad did an amazing job mounting and hooking up my tv and stereo.

First Geek seemed good, but ran out of time and did not follow up to schedule me another one. Second one good, but could not complete job until we upgraded internet service. We should have been told that during our free in home sales pitch. Waiting for our third Geek.

Christi is the best geek squad person the store has. I had purchased one item from the store and spent an additional 500 dollars with her. She explained everything in depth.

I found Adam Buisman very helpful in handling all my questions and concerns about installing a new computer and it's new systems. I'm pretty much operating back to par now.

Our TV, antenna, modem, and router was set up without issue. We liked our Geek. Thought he was awesome. Best of all we said goodbye to cable and that large cable bill.

From the consultation to the install, was an excellent experience. Tech was even running behind and did excellent job of letting us know his status
