I was very pleased with the set-up of my new printer. The Geek Squad agent was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and arrived ontime. I will definitely use Geek Squad again whenever the need arises.

Your technician has connected both of my computers to one printer and copier so I can print from any of my computers with no problem. He was very knowledgeable of his work and did an outstanding job. He also fixed my files on my desktop and placed into one file.

Squad member Adam called in advance, arrived on time, resolved my problem quickly. The printer was set up correctly, but I didn’t know how to send scans to computer or email. He sat me down and taught me quickly. Made me do a couple of tests, I learned.
