Your technician has connected both of my computers to one printer and copier so I can print from any of my computers with no problem. He was very knowledgeable of his work and did an outstanding job. He also fixed my files on my desktop and placed into one file.

Squad member Adam called in advance, arrived on time, resolved my problem quickly. The printer was set up correctly, but I didn’t know how to send scans to computer or email. He sat me down and taught me quickly. Made me do a couple of tests, I learned.

The agent made certain my new computer communicated correctly with my existing printer. He showed me how to print documents and sure not only that the device worked but that I knew how to use it. He was very patient and understanding of my limited computer skills.

The People I spoke to were very nice. They were also very accommodating. I'm new to computers and they handled all my problems quickly. If you're having trouble, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. I know I will.

John was very good in getting my new computer and the new printer to talk with each other. I had some slow modem problems that he did investigate. He helped me a lot with passwords. Very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. He never rushed me.
