Geek squad came out and installed my screen and found out it had a small rip in it so they told me what I needed to do to try and get it replaced. The technician also said to email him direct if I had any issues getting it replaced and he will work his magic. Well, I had trouble so I emailed him and he replied that he would take care of it and to email back if the store doesn't reach out to me in a week. the week went by so I emailed him back and no answer. Emailed him a second time and no answer. Had to call the store and the store wanted me to pay for a new screen so they can ship it to my house and then they would return it once they installed it. I refused that so they shipped it to the store for geek squad to pick it up and install it. 2 weeks go by and I call back and geek squad tells me there it will be a week or 2 when they can come out so in all I had to wait 2 months for the replacement screen.

They are amazing. I cannot believe how great a job they did. I would not only use them again, but I am recommending them to friends. Don't ever do it yourself when you can hire them to do it for you.

This review is ONLY for the screen install. The 2 man team put together and hung my 100" wall mounted screen in about 45 minutes. Screen had no wrinkles, was centered properly and hung level.

The installers worked with us to get the projector screen mounted exactly where we wanted it, despite odd geometry with the wall and ceiling. They also calibrated the screen for us to deploy to our desired height.
