Geek squad installed my Mac air Laptop. The agent was punctual and very courteous. He took me thru all of the steps in explaining features and simplified the setup with lots of patience. I am very pleased with his knowledge of the product.

Transferred all files from two computers to one new one. Our Geek Squad person was excellent. He made it all so much easier to transfer to a new computer and still have the use of the old ones if I wanted to. Separately, my husband also got a new computer and had a Geek Squad person transfer all files and set up seamlessly. A great purchase and service.

Our computer expert, Thomas, came out for the 6 month review and went over all the items we asked him to do and checked the computer for all operating systems. He said all systems were fine and answered a few questions we had. Just a great squad member and very easy to work with.

Once again Rene came through. I spilled an entire cup of coffee on my keyboard and being in the Travel Business I need my computer. It was not working at all and within 24 hours, Rene got me a new keyboard, installed it and I am now back in business. Thanks

The agent understood my issue and got to work in doing an analysis to determine the issue that resulted him placing the order for the necessary parts and schedule an appointment to have it fixed as soon as the parts arrives

The agent repaired my All in One computer which was having several issues. It only took an hour. She was great! She explained everything as she was working and answered all o my questions.
