agent did cleanup of data . Discussed issues with current computer and what I may need to do in the future to keep it operational.

Geoff and Henry adjusted the tv on the mount because it was hanging forward, and not flush against the wall. Geoff knew exactly what needed to be done to fix this and did it quickly.

The agent serviced my computer by removing icons that a scam added to my computer screen. Geek squad had taken 3 1/2 hours to clean up the scam, with remote access. Two icons remained and I tried to delete them. A message said I needed a technician to accomplish this.
