ZERO stars, ice machine was installed after 3 visits, they left a mess in my kitchen. An hour later I noticed water all over my kitchen floor. The connection they installed was leaking. I have called and emailed numerous times, no help at all

Sold me a Frigidaire ice maker after market for a funding fridge and when installing they realize it doesn’t go with the fridge. Waste of time. Also showed up at 7:10pm when my install window was 4-7pm

I had to schedule a second appointment to finally get a tech to come to the house to install the ice maker. In the process of moving the refrigerator the unit was dented. I decided that to complain about a cosmetic issue was useless based on my previous experience with Best Buy service.

best buy sold it to me however once the installer arrived, he forgot the ice maker and had to make a 2nd delivery

We had the first ice maker replaced because of the original one being defective. The 2nd ice maker is excellent.

Extremely disappointed. * Installation techs showed up an hour BEFORE scheduled window. This may be good in some cases, however this caused scrambling on our end to accommodate. * Ice maker was NOT installed. * Refrigerator has exhibited a noise since the install visit. Refrigerator is a brand new item from Best Buy.

The Ice Maker was installed perfectly and is working fine. The two gentlemen who did the installation were knowledgeable and courteous

This icemaker is a must for a south Texas barbeque.

The service was excellent. The icemaker works great.

After some delays mainly because of Covid and the fact that you cannot speak to anyone live at the store. Finally was able to get the install of this product which we like very much after physically going into the store and working with Jaime in the Pacific appliance section to insure delivery.

Love my ice maker after all the hassle. The last technician was knowledgeable and it was a quick installment.

Paid for Best Buy to install. It did not work. I'm not sure if a faulty ice maker or incorrectly installed. Waiting on Best Buy to come back and fix. If it doesn't work this time, I plan return the ice maker and the refrigerator and buy one with ice maker already installed.

The same guys who delivered put the ice maker in as it was an optional purchase. It took them all of 5 minutes maybe. Clearly knew what they were doing!
