I use my Samsung stove with convection oven and my counter depth Samsung refrigerator with SmartThings which I have connected to Alexa so that I can control it with my voice and my phone. So far I have changed ice sizes, had an alarm go off and went back and shut the refrigerator door when leaving, so I recommend getting your devices upgraded to where they can keep you informed and allow you to control your devices. With Samsung you are getting excellence and low energy usage! What I found fabulous is that Samsung has additional services for free. Are utilize the shopping list feature and the recipes that they gather and click based on answers you give them. It has made shopping and cooking more fun on my new Samsung stove.

Sales person stated that the installation technician will connect the Wi-Fi. The technician stated that they can’t connect the Wi-Fi because they are not trained to do so. There is a fee for this service.

It's very simple to connect this oven to WiFi. Don't need to spend money to do this. On the positive side the installation person did add two wood strips one on each side of the oven to cover the small 1/2' gap between the cabinet and the oven.

Messages can be sent to your phone telling you when the wash is complete. Wish it could tell you more, like how much time left and on which cycle. Needed more time to register it to my phone. Completed it after installers left.

The wifi connections are up, except fot for our dishwasher, because the new countertop is not yet installed. So Far all is good.

Wi-Fi Connect was not completed by the installers. They said there are so many products that have this feature that they couldn't keep all the steps separate. Very disappointed. Trying to work it out ourselves. My wife is set up, but can't figure out how to add me. Need to call Geek Squad or Samsung.

Unfortunately the wrong team from Best Buy arrived at my house to solve the issue i had. They left and i still have the problem i initially had.

This service is misleading. I have no issues with delivery at all but the delivery company that did the service had little idea on how to connect the range to wifi stating “just look at the manual”. I understand that he may not be geek squad but there is no reason to pay for this additional service.

Best Buy installed the oven and assisted me on downloading the app on my phone. It is great to have the wi-Fi connection on the phone and iPad. Can use it to update, turn on/off the oven or just control the oven without being next to the oven. Great feature to have

This is the first time I haven't been pleased with Geek Squad Technicians. They just didn't want to be bothered with figuring out how to set my refrigerator up with WiFi. They told me I didn't need it.
