Geek Squad installer was on time, friendly, professional and courteous. He walked me through how to use the devices and made sure all my questions were answered.

They installed a Nest system throughout the house - doorbell, cameras, door detectors, smoke/fire alarm, etc. Works great.

I made an appt for a 7am to 1pm slot. I work nights, i left work an hour or so early to be home in time to meet that commitment since i was first on the list EXCEPT that meant 10 am!! Due to .....covid. Not the tech's fault but i was very upset, i gave up money and sleep. my tech however was very polite, kind and understanding of my annoyance. Extremely helpful. Even though the person who had done the assestment bought the wrong solar charger for my ring doorbell.

The contractor assigned to install was professional and answered all of my questions. Made sure it was working properly. There was a glitch with my internet set up and he made a recommendation that solved the problem.

The agents installed my new electronic door lock and it works perfect.

Connected a lock builder installed and never connected.

Best Buy: I spent 2 weeks rescheduling appointments with Best Buy for a smart door lock installation. The company repeatedly scheduled services at the wrong address and when I confirmed updates online or with a representative over the phone, it took three attempts and rescheduling efforts across 2 weeks to get the correct address. Third-Part ly Installation: Best Buy recruited a third-party installation company (Protronics) to complete the aforementioned service. First attempt was a no-call, no-show due to a family emergency with the installer. At the rescheduled appointment, the installers had interacted with the wiring from my doorbell chime, which caused a buzzing noise. The installation team stated they would come back to correct the issue, but never did. At this time, they have not called me back at all when i contact them. This is a process that started on/around April 3rd, installation on/around April 15th, and it appears they refuse to take responsibility for correcting the issues made with my doorbell. Because of such a terrible overall experience, I cannot recommend Best Buy or any of their affiliated partners to anyone for any reason.

The simplicity of having Geek Squad come out and install security system is priceless.

I have never had such a bad experience. These people just showed up at my house without calling and the installer was dressed extremely inappropriately. They parked in my neighbors driveway and then yelled at me and did not due the install. DO NOT USE MASTEC. THEY ARE HORRIBLE>
