The installation of my cameras went quite smooth until the printer connection was trouble. The first tech had problems and had to schedule a specialist for those hookups to come out when he got back from vacation to take care of those problems without additional charges. The My Q Camera installation was completed as scheduled by the Geek Squad rep., and its operation was explained. However, after the installation, I noticed that the camera displayed a time that was 1 hour behind the correct time. I requested and received a second visit from a Geek Squad tech rep and he was unable to correct the issue and promised to research it and get back to me with a solution. It has been 2+ weeks and I have had a response from this Geek Squad Tech Rep. Not very good customer follow-up. Very disappointing.
