The installation went well. The feet were too high for my space and the installers were willing to put pads on the bottom to avoid scratching my tile floor when moving in and out.

Knowledgeable and very friendly. Assessed the issue, and proposed my solutions. Set me up with a plan to purchase replacement equipment and was very thorough in notes he made in the system to expedite my exchange. Called before arrival and was right on time!

The team was very well verse on my cameras system placed them in the location for proper usage and coverage. Give me instruction on how to change the batteries when needed, so I purchased to new batteries for replacement when needed.

After some initial headaches with scheduling, our camera installer was a good guy. He was very nice and professional. He finished the install fairly quickly. We were pleased with his service.

Great added security and nice to have when leaving the house. The Geek squad was very helpful and continue to help with any issues that may have popped up since the install. Most of the issues have had to do with my existing internet connection in which we have now hopefully worked out with CenturyLink.

Geek Squad installed Ring Doorbell & Stick-Up Camera. Warning - Doorbell is 5G & Camera is 2.4 G, so you need a Dual-band Modem and Router! Installation went fine and all my questions were answered.
