    I waited a month for this appointment. My camera worked for one day. It is no longer working. I am so disappointed. It isn't my internet because my camera inside the house is working. Don't know what to do. Don't want to wait another MONTH for another appointment. I've used Geek Squad before and have had success. Not this time.

    Installation is not yet complete, although Nest Thermostat still works. I was told I needed to upgrade my iPhone in order for it to work LOL....NOT True. The Geek Squad Store Manager, Angel, in Modesto can't do anything. Why have a manager if they cannot do their job?

    Second time a no show i took 2 days off for appts and no one showed poor service not good bussiness i will be going some where else to buy cameras very disappointed
