    I am not technically challenged, how ever, these guys and gals do thus for a living...the install was quick, a third of the time I would have taken...great job!

    the 3rd party agent attached the rocket fish mount to my tv but failed to attach the bose 900 soundbar to the mount. they claimed it was not possible. I had to do that part myself when they left.

    They didn't mount the sound bar. They said I didn't have the right equipment to mount it. Best Buy did it in the past but I didn't supply any specific equipment so it was not mounted.
