Not happy with system after several months

Instructions on how the system was put together was given short shrift as the Geeks were in a rush to make their next appointment. So I have been unable to get everything back working. I fear I made a mistake taking their recommendation to buy Sonos speakers. This stuff ain't "plug & play." Volume now goes up and down from silent to blasting without anyone touching the remote. Now I am stuck with a $5000 system that is not fully operational.

Gerk squad guys were under pressure due to pandemi

I wish they they could have gotten input from me during installation. They have to return only because pandemic made communication difficult. I understand and I'm sure issue will be resolved.

Service Could’ve Been Better
