The Sound Bar was an added dimension to our new LG TV. It looks great and provides the necessary sound we were looking for. The quality is outstanding.

The Technicians installed the soundbar for my 85 inch TV without hassle or fuss. My experience has been hassle- and fuss-free. High quality sound you can hear a pin drop.

The installation was seamless the GeekSquad was very professional and skill level was excellent. The sound bar after installation performs exactly what we was looking for our outdoor entertainment center.

Quick set up and well done clean up of soundbar for frame TV

The team was efficient and informative during the installation. Good problem solving resulted in our desired mounting position and taken on by the team in a positive and helpful manner. The process was more involved than I anticipated.

The removal of the sound bar and mount (that was previously installed by another crew) was quick. The new sound bar and mount were installed while I asked questions. It was good to know what was done. The sound bar was tested and performed as expected.

I have the geek squad come to my house twice The first time it was great everything went well The second time it was no so great The geek did not connected my sound wuffer to my sound bar and they did not clean the work area So they left a lot if dust that’s I had to clean myself I had to figure out how ti connect my wuffer

Absolutely satisfied with service and the two installation members from the Geek Squad. The critical decision for choosing Best Buy was predicated on and experienced staff being able to install our new system. Thankfully the Geek Squad at our location, on the occassions we've used them, have been outstanding. Same experience this time as well. Without their assistance I'm certain we'd have missed key details and struggled to do the job ourself. It's good to have knowledgeable people like our team from the Geek Squad.

T is mounted but the soundbar is NOT as it did not arrive with the TV & soundbar. I'm told it will take 2 months for it to arrive.Needless to say this is not acceptable. The technician was great and it is not his fault.

the install was without my supervision (wife). everything was done very well, which I would expect. however, the sound bar was mounted so close to the bottom of the tv Thai it is a bit difficult to get to the top buttons on the sound bar. having said that, it is not impossible to reach the buttons, and the new sound is wonderful, and everything is level, and clean. good job!

I love my total tech membership. It comes with free and discounted installation and mounting. I've have rental property and when I buy w/ Best Buy my total tech membership takes care of the delivery, install and mounting. Great service at a great price!

The setup people did a nice job setting up my new TV and sound bar. They are both Sony products, so they linked up well and have had no real issues since the install.

The agents were amazing and they mounted the sound bar to the wall and it look amazing and is perfectly centered with the TV. They take their time and do a perfect job!
