Once they get your order correct the do a good job installing your flat panel TV and sound bar. However there a different level text who come out to do the installation and some know more about settling up the TV and sound bar/system.

Geek squad showed up on time. Had all equal ment and accessories needed for a quick and professional install.,

Overall, the installer did a fine job. He did say we could contact him for additional help. We have tried to do that with no response; Otherwise he did an excellent job, protected furniture, cleaned up afterward, were polite and professional.

Abel did a great job in hooking up the soundbar to our existing TV and coordinating it with our new Spectrum network. He also gave us good advice on buying a new PC and monitor from Best Buy.

The agents mounted our sound bars and connected everything and were very pleasant to work with.

To fully enjoy the sound on TV we felt we needed an additional sound bar addition. Our sound bar was an out of package item but was price reduced so we purchased. Great price and great sound!

The techs did a great job of mounting my sound car. We worked together on the exact location and how it would look. Then they drilled the holes, fished the wires, mounted the brackets and did a demonstration.

The 4 guys that showed up were cheerful, knowledgeable, and quick. They refused to take the tip I offered.

Techs connected sound bar in my entertainment center to all of the devices: tv, DVD receiver, DVD player, VHS player, and record player very efficiently and made sure we knew how to operate each one before they left.

THE sound bar i ordered could not be will mounted so John substituted another. i told him my criteria was for an HDMI connection, not Bluetooth. He did not use the cable I bought so i assume what I have is Bluetooth, Not what I wanted. Also ˙ad troublr getting credit for the return. r

Worth paying for this service, professional installation and clean up, outstanding explanation of all features with the product, friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend using this service!
