This was installed by Best Buy Techs-loved the service - the sound bar adds great sound quality to the tv especially when watching movies. happy about this purchase - great for my size living room.

The squad that came to make the install were neat, respectful of my home and courteous.

After a little bit of trouble as the first TV was getting installed and it was discovered it had screen damage (Not the Geek Squads fault) Getting a second TV was more difficult and the installers did not do set up the system to my liking but after the third time the installer was wonderful and now I am happy with the service

Installation was good; however, I have requested a return visit 3 times with no luck getting a response.

ROBERT is the man! what a nice guy! He wore a mask the whole time and even put on shoe protectors while entering my home. He was very professional and did the job right the first time. He took the time to explain the functions of the remote and TV. He even hooked up my Netflix account for me - I was lucky enough that he came back the following week to install my sound bar. Again, so nice and acted like we were old friends. I would have him back and trust my investments in his hands any day. Thank you!

The two service members of the Geek Squad did outstanding work. Knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and efficient with their work. I appreciated the care they gave my home and my other equipment.
