The team did my tv and sound bar that the same time. I had a mount for my soundbar but they gave me options. After a short conversation I liked another option than the mount I had and they had it. I was thinking..okay...here comes the big price. NO...it was regular retail price..not bumped at all. INCREDIBLE. That is not how the private installers do it...promise. Quick, clean, looks great and all functions perfect. I will recommend these guys ALL DAY!

The install went great, but I didn’t run tests of different kinds of content and different volume levels. This led to lots of problems after they left. The guys are obviously in a relative time squeeze, and when they think they’re done they want to roll. In retrospect, I should have asked them to hang around and test different kinds of content at different volume levels. Don’t let them push you into signing off until you have all your questions answered and thoroughly tested the install for functionality in a variety of scenarios. If you have a problem after they leave, you’ll wish you had.

We purchased My Best Buy Total when we bought our living room sound system and LG TV. We absolutely love the Geek Squad. We have used them to install our living room sound system and our spare bedroom sound system. They do a good job and clean up after themselves.

Robert and Stone did a masterful job on the install of our TV and soundbar following our move. Robert also did a great job of setting up my Sonos system that we moved with. The install was just as we wanted it: complete and cleanly done. This is the third time I have used GS services in three different locations (including Canada) and the work done was efficient, complete and visually "clean". I continue to subscribe to this service as it is a great deal.
