The young men were very professional and did an outstanding job!!! They made sure that I was satisfied and understood how everything worked!

The Geek Squad mounted the tv, no problems except I had to have them come back and re-mount due to the location. They originally mounted it too high and was uncomfortable viewing. The re-mount worked great!

We received an amazing service from Riley our geek squad technician. He was prompt, courteous, meticulous, and did an excellent job of mounting our sound bar as well as some other equipment that we purchased from Best Buy. I would highly recommend his services.

If I could give negative stars I would. First appointment, tech only installed TV, said he didn't have time to install sound bar. Second confirmed, appointment, tech couldn't show up and I wasn't notified. Third appointment, tech didn't show up. Fourth appointment, tech called at 3:30 that he would be here at 4:30. I had confirmed with dispatched that the work had to be complete by 4PM. Need to reschedule yet again.

Geek Squad hooked up a Sonos Arc at the same time as our tv. It was quick and easy and looks great mounted under the tv. We look forward to expanding our system with surrounds and a sub in the future

Left in good working order but my learning curve was not sufficient. Lacking confidence when the installer needs to break out the set-up manual!

The agent installed the water line and ran it from the wall into the back of the LG Refrigerators. Then I was impressed that he took time to clean up behind himself great job I haven’t had any more problems of that kind.

Geek Squad saves the day again. They hooked up my existing sound bar to my wall mounted tv. Everything works great and they were SO polite! I highly recommend the Geek Squad. They do it right the first time!

We needed an 8ft. optical cable, which we purchased for the install. The tech took care of running the cable through the wall and into the soundbar.
