The crew did an exceptional job mounting my alll weather, outdoor speakers and setting up my amplifier system

This is the second time the squad was out to help me They did a great job both times. And they were fast and took my box that the tv came in so I did not have to deal with it.

The service was good but bit of an attitude with one of the installers. The bigger issue was getting the installation even scheduled and then have it proceed. Geek Squad was needlessly difficult.

The gentlemen were very professional, knowlegeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service.

BestBuy mounted the tv and sound Bar. Looks great on the wall. Sound bar is right below the tv and looks professional. Well worth the money spent to have this done. Very Happy with the install, over all look and service we received

Geek squared came to my home and set up my new sound bar and made sure it operated properly with my TV. Very happy with the level of service I received.

Spencer & Saul were very knowledgeable about what they needed to do to & they explained everything to us as they were mounting the sound bar & hiding the route cables from view. Nice, friendly, respectful young men who definitely know what they’re doing.

The squad connected my devices but were unable to put up both boxes. The lead tried to discourage me from putting up the speakers after I said I wanted them up so I could get the full experience I paid for.

I asked them to leave some space between tv and mount as I plan to upgrade to Sonos Arc which was not available at the time and mounted it perfectly below the tv as we wanted it.

The two agents who managed the install were excellent: on-time, customer-friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious.

Geek squad technicians came out, mounted tv, and sound bar. They communicated with us, were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and did great work.

The actual installation was excellent, but a week late. Things happen, but on the original install date, Best Buy was a no show, no phone call, text or email. I called in the afternoon to get some information and was told they were behind and would not be coming. They rescheduled for 8 days later! It was very aggravating.

2 gentlemen that came out did a good job on the soundbar install, nice and professional workers

The Best Buy team member, Will, was able explain the purchase, return and exchange policy clearly and get me out the door quickly. Both wins in my book.
