The service and field technicians are "Best Buy".

Was happy with the purchase but the install? NO!!!

Mind you she was using a feather duster and not really touching the soundbar but it came off the wall and looking at the mounting job done by the people bestbuy sent, they didn't even use the right screws!! I am not able to remount this to the wall. Thankfully I had our TV Stand in place so the sound bar didn't have far to go. HOWEVER this begs the question of how our dang TV is mounted!! If its the same terrible job then its only a matter of time before it comes crashing down! What in the heck?! How do i get someone from Bestbuy to come by and fix this mess?
