Justin (Best Buy Geek Squad) did an excellent job of installing and configuring our new Sony Soundbar.

Great guy he was Patient and went above and beyond to get my sound bar installed before his vacation, even first bump with my 4yrs son.

The two agents neatly measured and installed the sound bar on the wall below the TV and programmed one remote to control TV, Sound Bar and Cable box.

The agents really knew what they were doing, and did an outstanding job of mounting and wiring the new soundbar. I am very pleased with their work.

I had to schedule three appointments to get a sound bar connected to my outdoor TV. The first time the technician said the sound bar was incorrect for the TV. The TV and sound bar were Samsung. Also the mount was incorrect. Both items were purchased through the suggestion of one of your sales resin the store. Also my soundbar for my indoor TV works well but the mount is incorrect for the sound bar. Only one side of the sound bar is connected. The tech just left it like that. The second time the tech arrived with a bad attitude and said he could not connect the mount and sound bar because he needed another technician to help. He said he would put it in his report. He apparently did not because the third time, the tech arrived alone but was excellent. He was able to attach the mount and the sound bar by himself without removing the TV and then assisted in setting up the TV and my wifi system to work at it's best capabilities. His name was David and he was patient, professional and informative. He deserves attention.

Geek squad agents were quick & efficient in getting my television & stero updates hooked up & ready to go, highly recommend.

The agents unmounted the tv, mounted the sounder and then mounted the tv back on the wall. Professionally done, centered with everything, look great!

Had Geek Squad mount a TV to the wall, route cords through the wall, and mounted a sound bar to the TV. It looks great and my Son loves it!

I requested that the Soundbar be attached to the bottom of the TV and not to the wall. They worked with a mount that I already owned and set it up just as I had hoped.
