No tv mounted. Wrong crew came due to scheduling error by Best Buy. Now must wait until 1-13-26 to have work completed.after wrong came correctly scheduled agent reportedly got sick and didn’t come either.

Terrible job. Terrible is being nice. They mounted a “new” tv that never should have been mounted and literally just left and said “sorry good luck”. I need my $ back or a tv soon

Wrong size TV delivered and it took at least 10 days to receive a refund. Mounting never occurred.

This was not done and the Best Buy team I was never told that my surface was additional Mon ey .poor communication

Guys were great and very good at communicating the process. Biggest issue is they would install the TV on my mount as it could extended 18 inches from the wall so I had to purchase a new mount, which they had. This should have been more. Lear on the website. Install was fast, easy and well done.

Crew that came and installed was great. There was a mix up with the other crew that was supposed to deliver it first, but once that was figured out it was great. Looks and works perfectly. Better than I could have done, and fast.

I had an excellent installation team. I only selected the installation services because they were free. Due to my profession I have lots f experience in mounting all sorts of displays. These guys were really good and were done in about 30 minutes. I could tell they were used to working with each other, because each knew their role and executed it perfectly.

The service for mounting was very good from scheduling to making the appt on the scheduled day and time. They did a good of mounting the bracket and TV. I did find a some pieces, not required pieces, on the carpet from the wall wiring cover on the floor, 2 small and the then one bigger with some screws for the wall cover. Otherwise looks great on the wall.

Television was installed and mounted on an existing entertainment standard. The technicians were very professional made sure that everything fit.

The Tech was Knowledgeable and the Installation was Quick and Flawless!!!! AAAA+++++

I purchased the TV mounting service and had the team install a mount I had already bought previously. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and completely hassle‑free. They handled everything quickly and securely, and the final result looked fantastic. This ended up being a wonderful present for my grandma — the TV is perfectly positioned, safely mounted, and she absolutely loves it. The service made the entire gift feel thoughtful and complete.

The two installers took care of mounting the Sanus bracket with the new TV on our outdoor lanai, and it was a very professional and efficient job. Took only about 30 minutes, and they moved the furniture beforehand, then vacuumed and placed the furniture back when they were done. They confirmed everything was functional, including connecting to wifi. Thanks for a great job!
