Well, the TV , mount and sound bar was lost or misplaced. Called several times after I was told it would deliver between 10-2pm. Then started receiving messages that that I need to schedule a date to deliver. Spent way too much time on hold then was told the tv was not there? Finally received a call from Ben who stated it may take a few days to get back to me and told me it could not get delivered until after Thanksgiving as they had too many deliveries. I thought maybe we would be a priority as our delivery and install was botched? TV and parts were actually sitting to the side someplace.Husband finally went and picked up the order without installation. 0 stars

Awful experience. Confrontational and incompetent service professional who mangled my AV set up. I would be a lot better off had he done nothing. When i followed up repeatedly, i was ignored. DO NOT trust them to install TVs. This was AFTER i got conned into an up-charge to "hide the wires" - its a frame TV -- in what planet would installation not include "hiding the wires." this should have been my warning to not use this technician. the second warning was how rude and unprofessional the service tech was. Harrassing know it all who knew nothing.
If zero stars were an option, i'd give zero stars. Actively bad - not simply inactively bad!
