    Our 23 year old TV died. We're not new TV savvy but purchased a new 32" TV and requested old TV haul-away because that TV was heavy. Salesman did not tell us that the new TV needs an HDM1 cable, which old TV did not. When Geeks came to install TV, told us we needed the HDM1 cable and they could not install TV and took the old TV, got into the Enterprise truck in which they came and left leaving us up the creek! We have medical issues and it's very difficult for us to shop in stores and going to Best Buy to purchase a new TV was difficult. So, now, we need an HDM1 cable and if I order on line to have it shipped, I could wait a week or more without a TV and reschedule set up. So, I drive to Best Buy and use one of the wheelchairs to get around the store to purchase the HDM1 cable, then use the wheelchair to get back to my car and leave the wheelchair in the parking lot. Made another install appointment for 2 days later. However, our neighbor wanted to know what the Enterprise truck was doing at our house and I told him the whole story. God bless him - HE INSTALLED THE NEW TV AND WE CANCELLED THE GEEK APPOINTMENT BUT WE WERE ONLY GIVEN HALF OF THE INSTALL CHARGE BECAUSE THE TWO GEEKS TOOK THE TV OUT OF THE BOX AND PUT IT ON THE TV TABLE!!! REALLY???? FROM A TV THAT COST $79.99, THIS TRANSACTION TOTALLED OVER $268!!! AND....THE SALESMAN WHO SELLS THE TV'S SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT A 23 YEAR OLD TV DOESN'T NEED AN HDM1 CABLE BUT THE NEW TV WOULD NEED ONE AND WE COULD HAVE PURCHASED THE CABLE INITIALLY WHEN PURCHASING THE TV AND SAVED A LOT OF HASSLE AND AGGRAVATION!

    Would have given 5 stars but for the lengthy time window (4 hrs, which you can choose the night before pickup). The driver did show up in the early part of the window and was in and out within a couple of minutes. Overall, a convenient and relatively inexpensive way to recycle my 49" TV.

    The product met our expectations and the price was competitive with other retailers. However the installation was delayed until the following day without notification from Best Buy. The installer came on time the next day but the truck was too large to fit into the garage of our building. Other provisions had to be made for parking across the street. The installers were knowledgeable and knew what they were expected to do for us.

    Sometimes its difficult to balance getting in and out efficiently with educating inept customers who are completely dumbfounded by all this modern technology. The Best Buy team of two did it all without making me feel hurried or inept. Their own exceptional knowledge made it all seem easy. They were very respectful and thorough. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

    Casey was very organized and very tidy in working. He was efficient and very focused in assembling the furniture and hooking up the tv and all its devices. He made sure we know how to operate the remote and made suggestions on improving and enjoying our smart tv experience. Thanks Casey!

    The television was delivered on time by two delivery men who were pleasant enough and removed the old set. the new LG 55" television was a very good choice, it plays great, so i would recommend it and Best Buy to others.

    Love my new 55” Samsung Class QN QN7OF Series Neo Qled mini LED UHd vision smart TV. I always request Octavia Ford and Allan to install my new products because I’m use to their excellent customer service. I also loved that I purchased my tv on 10/22/25 and it was delivered 10/23/25.

    I bought a 65" tv and a couple weeks after a blue tooth player. The sales people were both courteous and informative. With no pressure to buy. Delivery guys were careful and helpful. A very nice experience. Plus the tv is fantastic. I may not leave the house!

    Steve was very professional and efficient when installing our new 55” TV on our wall. He was very respectful of our living room. Careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He also explained everything, and made sure we understood what he was saying. Very satisfied with Steve’s service!!

    An incredibly efficient team (2 guys) had our old tv hauled away and the new one set up in less than half an hour. They were very friendly and informative about what they were doing, and making sure that the new tv was set up and working properly. They cleaned up and hauled away the packaging of the new tv, too. A highly recommended servicewould every penny.

    I can't believe that I had to pay for extra delivery mileage and paid to have my old TV taken away but when I asked to have the delivery people take away the box that the new TV came in, they told me that they weren't allowed to take it back with them. I had to figure a way to dispose of it. I have been a customer of Best Buy for several decades and am very disappointed in the the new customer service policies. I guess the days of taking care of long time and regular customers is a thing of the past.

    The delivery went better than expected. The delivery man was quick thorough and set up my TV and guided me through what he was doing so I had zero questions when he was done. He then took the old TV when he left. What an easy process.
