I am happier than I ever expected with my 55 inch Sony TV! Not only is it a smart TV, it has a Zoom function for my bimonthly social meetings. And the tech who installed went above and beyond with instructions until I felt confident with this new technology. This is one very satisfied customer!

Mario and Raymond provided excellent service. They were professional, experienced, and patient explaining the various capabilities of our new TV with our provider's services. They recognized we had outdated equipment from our provider and suggested we contact our provider to get upgrades which we subsequently did.

The representative reviewing my problem was very knowledgeable and explained the issue to me - basically that the unit was TOAST. I ordered a new unit right away and received credit for the old unit also purchased from Best Buy within the warranty period. All is well now. THANKS

The folks who took away my 20 year old 45” tv and surround sound system did an efficient, professional job. They then installed my new “65 inch TV. Great job! I’m now up to date!

The guys arrived on time & went right to work. They were very knowledgeable. They had to work in a very tight entertainment center. After installation, the explained everything.

TV hurl away was no problem. But. The installation part was questionable. Soundbar could not set up with app. I was so frustrated and returned the subwoofer. Best Buy suppose to come back to finish this set up. But. So far there is no return appointment or etc. it is a waste of $300 for the TV and sound system set up.

My wife has some difficulty with hearing so we purchased this sound bar and what a difference it has made. Without it the audio comes out of the back of the tv and now it comes straight at us. Highly recommended for people with hearing difficulties.

These guys were great! They arrived on time, installed and set up the tv in no time, and hauled away my old one. Couldn’t have asked for more. If I buy another tv I hope I can get the same guys to set it up.
