I 1st called to make an appointment to have 5 TV's mounted using my elite status total connect Geek Squad membership I got a email and it didn't look quite right so I called back and as it turned out the appointment was set up in correctly so I sat on the phone for another half an hour while they re corrected the appointment for mounting and connecting 5 TV's on the day of the appointment I received a phone call saying that that appointment to had not been set up correctly and it showed that I only had 1TV mounted and it was all screwed up but she was unable to do anything other than inform me and I had to call and wait on hold and get it corrected which took about another 30 minutes so total time to just make the appointments was 2 hours and 30 minutes of my time then they showed up and it wasn't the Geek Squad it was an unmarked Van and 2 gentlemen with no identification or any identifying service marks to let me know that they were there to set up my TV's they didn't know what they were doing one of the TV's is crooked and doesn't work they didn't even check to see if it would turn on they cut several holes in my walls and tried to drill holes through the covers and kept breaking the covers and then just left with holes in my walls they didn't connect anything because they said they needed an H DMI cable but when I checked the H DMI cable was sitting right in front of their face on top of a console and if it was a snake it would have bit them I notified Best Buy when they called me to see how the service was that I had had a terrible time and that I have holes in my walls and nothing was connected and 1 of the TV's doesn't work I was told someone would be in contact with me to reschedule the appointment and correct the mistakes but to date no 1 has called I was just getting ready to call Best Buy and let them know that this is still an outstanding item and I am going to have to dispute the charge since I didn't get what I paid for when I received this request for my review so there it is I didn't get the Geek Squad people from a company called home tronix showed up and now I have a bunch of holes in my wall 1TV that's crooked and doesn't work and then of my playstation or DVD players'were hooked up.

Strong and durable and holds big TVs very easily..
