While the price is a bit steep for the work being performed, the agents were skilled, arrived on time, and were quick and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and even vacuumed the area. If you're hanging a TV simply too large to lift and do yourself (my situation), or just don't feel comfortable doing it, I would recommend Geek Squad installation

Geek squad showed up and nicely connected the new big screen TV, unfortunately the Magnolia staff didn't tell them about the rest of the project.....took a while to straighten out.

They did the basic hookup perfectly and gave good advice. They did not know the more advanced network features like the ability to share pictures and videos with Windows DLMA over a home network. But, that is outside the normal TV installation and I figured that out fairly quickly after they left. They did know how to hook up the ipad to the apple TV.

Although I thought the price was pretty steep to have my TV mounted, I'd say it was worth it. Since I live alone there's no way I could have installed this by myself and done a good job. They were really nice and professional and didn't leave a mess.

It was worth paying the service if you don't want to deal with any problems if you do it on your own. They give you advice for the proper height for tv viewing and they will make necessary adjustments base on the space where you want your tv to be mounted. It only took less than a hour to measure the space and the mounting.

The Geek squad tech guys were very helpful, no one warned me when purchasing the wall mount that it made a difference whether it was going above a fireplace. They took the time to figure out exactly what would fit and work in the space I had and while there were some snaffus (not the fault of the techs), they were able to smooth it out and I'm very happy with the end result.

Both Geek reps, the first who offered great advice and the second who completed the wall mounts and the tv connections, were super polite and very adept at their tasks. They were knowledgable, and the one who completed the job did a great job of placing the tvs as I wanted and at cleaning up after he finished the work. I am very pleased with their work.

This was probably a very easy installation for the techs. I had an existing wall mounted 46" unit in place. The techs removed the old TV and used the existing mount. They were extremely careful in their work. They installed the TV in a very short time and made sure that is was centered and tilted at an angle to minimize sun glare.

I had Geek Squad come out and mount our new TV on the wall and all I can say is I was very impressed with the professionalism of the installers. They showed the most respect for my home by wearing booties over their shoes and I was very pleased how well they cleaned everything up when done with the install. These guys were good.

Had to purchase this part of the installation service since I was mounting the tv over the fireplace. GS installation was great! Fireplace mounting is nice!

The team mounted and installed a wall kit to hide the cables. They left everything neat and clean before leaving. Several problems were encountered due to the wall construction. These problems were overcome . This not only surprised me but made me very happy. I definitely felt like these guys knew what they were doing!

I was worried to DIY the tv mounting and the team were true professionals. They tested the wall, made recommendations as to height for viewing and provided me with great confidence in the security of their work

Installing a TV they charge more since I am doing home theater installation I went with them. I would have installed tv from third party guys.

One of the smartest things I did was use these guys for a pre purchase consultation and the entire installation. They know all the equipment and how it all goes together just right. I would have been at it for days in great frustration. They put it all together in a few hours to my great satisfaction. Thanks Chris.

The two gentlemen who connected and mounted our new LG 75 inch TV were simply the best. They also installed a wall mount for our existing LG 60 inch TV in a different room. It was refreshing to be delivered (pun intended) such solid customer service by true pros with multi-decades of experience between them!

I did not have my TV mounted. Instead, since I had purchased a sound bar after purchasing the TV, I needed help placing the TV on the sound bar, and connecting it to the new equipment. This was done very well and in very little time, and I was shown how to work the new controls to both devices. Excellent work by the Geek Squad!

I moved to a new home and had a TV that needed to be mounted to the wall (with a mount that I had already purchased). They were very professional - measured, mounted the mount and TV perfectly. Furthermore, their prices were similar to local shops that did the same service. Will definitely use them again.

The guys that came to mount my new television were incredibly nice, informative, and professional. We bantered a bit while they set up the mounting device, and they talked me through the options I would have in terms of location of the TV, viewing angle, etc. It was a great experience all around!

The installer I got was good until his help left. At which point, he damaged the drywall which required additional repairs.

The installers did not follow up as promised. Numerous phone calls and letters failed to produce the promised results.
