The two installers came and got it up in no time. One was being trained but the other was very experienced and knew exactly what to do to install and hook up the TV. The experienced guy was even able to tell by looking that he wouldn't have to move the original mount and it saved me $200.

If your all thumbs like me it’s worth paying for the service then putting too many holes in the wall.

My wife and I purchased a 75" Sony from Best Buy along with wall mounts. The Geek Squad came out to install (Collin to be specific) and he was great. Very professional and he was patient to explain everything until we were satisfied. Definitely worth the extra money to hire the best.

Even though Squad member was clueless about Dish Network's Hopper & Joey set up (I did it myself), he mounted the TV exactly where I wanted it & connected a old & complex DVD/Home Theater system in less than 30 minutes. Well worth the money.

Install was a little expensive but done well. Except for having to lift this size TV, the install was very easy.

The Geek Squad agent was very professional. He wore the booties when he came in the house as to not get anything on my carpet. He called several times to update me on his exact arrival time (maybe too many times lol) He also disposed of all the boxes for me after set up.

This my first time mounting a television. I never thought it was worth it. Really, it is! The geek squad person was awesome. They worked with me on location and height adjustment. He was a great guide. I have been satisfied with the finished product and would do it again.

I did not purchase the mount from best buy, it came with a TV stand I purchased. I required Best Buy to remove the feet of the tv and mount it for me. The serviceman did an excellent job

these guys came into my house and setup my TV and sound system showed me how to use it. they were very knowledgably about the TV and Professional. They treat me like family, they really cared and answered all my questions and concerns. I am glad I had them come.

The crew did a very nice job installing the curve tv and soundbar for me. I must say the price seems High but its done right and the work is warrantied for a month. I looks great and if someone needs assistance with an install I would recommend the geek squad

The 2 Geek Sqwad guys showed up on time. They were very knowledgable, about my TV; the sound bar; & the TV mount. They let me know, each step they were doing. They did the work in a timely manner & went over the operation of all of the aspects of my system.

I paid for installing the TV plus one device, an Xbox. It was indeed worth it for the guys to install the TV. I don't want to drop the sucker! But in the week that I had to wait for the installation, I easily hooked up the Xbox. I didn't get a refund and I feel I was sort of pushed into accepting something I didn't want in the first place at the store. Buyer beware.

A bit expensive I thought when I requested this service, but it is totally worth. The guy was kind and fast. he really knew what he was doing and he went a step ahead by explaining some of the functionality of the TV to my wife who is not a techy person.

I've had the Geek Squad install TV's for me before. The last time was a 120 lb. plasma. This was a little easier for them but the install was perfect and the professionalism they displayed was admirable. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Purchased this Geek Squad service for wall-mounting our TV. When scheduling the appointment, I was told that this could only be purchased as an add-on service (even though the website allowed me to purchase this service by itself). In addition to this, I could not cancel the order through customer service. Had to go into a store to get this taken care of (which again was a painful affair - took over 30 mins and a couple calls for the customer support staff to get this taken care of). All in all, a hassle. I also don't understand which this is even listed as a separate service, when best buy forces you to purchase a (over-priced) basic video/audio hook-up with $100 along with it.

I would never recommend this service. I had this service scheduled for the day before. No one showed up and no one called to tell me the service would be rescheduled. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told Rosie would call me but she never did. Not surprising. The next day, the agent called to let me know he was on him way. He was rude and not friendly at all. Completely off putting. The agent came to the house, did not say a word not even good morning. Walked into the house as if he owned it. He grumbled and snapped at me the entire time. I felt completely uncomfortable in my own home. He acted as if he was doing me a favor and not being paid for the service. He did not complete the service. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, Rosie, he said I would receive a call from her but I never did. Again, not surprising. Awful experience. Completely unprofessional.

Although capable of self installing, this service saves time and need for having to recruit a friend to help with the lifting. Also crew was very good at explaining the system and concealing wires in trhe wall (additional service - well worth it).
