The Geek Squad did not honor my appointment time window nor did they call to say they would be delayed. The bottom line is they over booked their service appointments and farmed the installation service out to another company at 3:00pm. My appointment window was 8:00am-12:00pm. If you like staying home all day waiting for service, this may be the company for you.

The Geek Squad guy did a great job installing the TV. He also worked around our schedule as the TV was being installed at a place of business, and we had a meeting going in the room at the same time the tech wanted to arrive. He did a great job.

TV was mounted by Geek Squad. My son helped lift the TV in place as it seemed more a 2 person job. Connections to other electronics was easy enough but we had to later disconnect & reconnect everything when we switched out to a new TV stand.

Geek Squad Member arrived on time. Talked to me about product placement before doing anything. Measured & conferred with me before install. He was very professional. Room was left the way he found it except for my Tv on the wall! Awesome!

This is the second time Geek Squad came and mounted TVs. The first time they did an excellent job installing and mounting a 55 inch on our brick fireplace. This time, they mounted two newer TVs in the bedrooms. They always do a great job.

Both agents of the Geek Squad were very knowledgeable on installing the TV on the wall, hooking up the surround sound system and setting the remote. Right on time and were very helpful answering any questions that I had. Thanks Geek Squad

The price I paid to have the entire set of components installed was too high but work was done well. After the amount of money I spent on equipment I feel the installation should have been cheaper especially since I bought everything but speakers which I already had a great set of. Would recommend but would tell friend check pricing first.

I ended up returning this mounting and used a better quality mount instead.

Perhaps I could have done this on my own, but at this point I didn't want to screw it up...so I went to Geek Squad. Nice job. Nice guys. Knowledgeable. Quick. Willing to help and answer all questions. Will be requesting services again!!!

I wouldn't purchase a 70in and mount it on my wall without the help of the professionals! These guys are great!!!!! And there are no cords showing from the tv down to the plug-ins as they hid them in the wall. Well worth the money!

Wasn’t too expensive. Got it in clearance. Could’ve used my old one

All I needed for my application, a new 65" LG. Has limited but adequate tilt function.

I came in and ordered the setup. On setup day, the technician was helpful courteous and very efficient. He was very respectful and anytime I need to use this service in the future I will not hesitate. Well worth the money spent.

Installation was fast but explanation of how TV worked was not given.

The Geek Squad mounted my 55" Insignia TV. They were very professional and discussed with me the options before mounting the TV. Once completed, everything looked and worked great. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

The quality of work was exceptional. The team did a fantastic job at making with making it a clean and seamless installation. They were also very professional and did a thorough job. I wish we had gone this route sooner.

The tech knew basic setup, wasn’t not pro at surround sound setup.

Cost to mount TV was extremely expensive. Could be done cheaper by somebody else

The mount was installed to low on my mantle making it impossible to use the electrical outlet behind the TV. The Geek Squad and I discussed where I wanted the mount installed and the electrical outlet. I hired the professionals to do the installation they did a great job. My complaint is that I can't use the electrical plug.
