for the size of my TV purchase, it is a two person job for wall mounting... geek squad was not well-prepared to send two people. A second person was finally available, which delayed the mounting, by about an hour. All in all, very knowledgeable and pleasant people. The booking and dispatch needs some work.

I am not technically challenged, how ever, these guys and gals do this for a living...the install was quick, a third of the time I would have taken...great job...perfect placement...very courteous and professional.

Stand fits and works great. Was put together well and all of my component fit and work perfectly. Geek Squad always send reliable, friendly and competent people to do the job.

it holds the tv just fine it has not fallen out off the wall yet.

Let geek squad do it for you! It is a little extra but they made our lives so much easier the guys that do it are phenomenal. I even called them back the next day to ask a question and were so helpful. A must!

Geek squad team of John and Chad were very professional and knowledgeable. Installation went super fast and very clean. You couldn't ask for 2 better installers than these 2 guys. Outstanding and would recommend to anyone.

Practical cost for service.competition is better but more expensive

Terrible wouldn’t recommend it I Canceled my total tech support after this installation took hours for them to install it and they didn’t have the proper tools no beam finder I even offered my own they turned it down they install one tv and it turned out to be uneven the second one they couldn’t even mount it up so have the mounting unit actually on the tv and a few holes on my wall which I need to be patched and painted over. The last time they installed my tv who ever they hired did an amazing job third party contractor not the Greek squad members who I wouldn’t recommend.

Arrived on time, finished in about an 1 hr, cleaned up after themselves, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would do again. Installed 70 inch on tv mount, hooked up surround sound, xbox, and blu ray. Great service.

The installer was professional the whole time but i thought that he was going to be running the wires in the wall(hiding) down to the outlet but i was incorrect so i had to find another way to deal with them.

Went into store personally to arrange for TV (Bought at Best Buy) to be wall mounted. The man in audio took all the info including the fact that the walls are plaster. Paid $300+. The installer came out and said that he thought I should buy a lighter TV and then changed his mind and said NO TV should be mounted on a plaster wall. Shouldn't the store have known that? I wasted time setting up the appointment, paid with no refund on the account at this point and took time off to meet the installer who just did not seem like he wanted to do anything. I tried to call the store and could not get through. Called 800- BEST BUY. That woman said she could have a different installer come out on another day. I don't trust that offer. Now I have to invest more time to find out about a refund. Zero stars.

I had just asked them to mount one of the three TV's I had purchased. They not only did that flawlessly, but they unpacked and set up the other 2 sets as well all the way through connecting with Wifi.

Knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with the geek squad service, they installed my mount neatly and accurately. They even took time to answer questions and demonstrate how to use product.

Geek Squad mounted our tv. They did a very professional job. Tv is at the perfect height and centered on the wall. Cables are neatly bundled together.

Very professional job at mounting the TV above the fireplace at just the right height and angle. Covered up the cords expertly. Took the time to get the job done right and make it look excellent.

The mount is nice but it makes a lot of noise when sliding it.

Since our tv was larger than our others and we wanted to mount it in the wall, we decided to use geek squad. It was so worth the money. They were on time, very professional and did a great job

geek squad tv mounting is the best money ever spent. It was only $200 and that also included delivery, setup and then installing on the wall. It would have been impossible for me to do just me.
