2 guys from Best Buy geek squad came to set up and mount my 60' tv. They had never seen my mount I purchase before but they made it work and were very professional. Would highly recommend them!

The service was great. The mounting went well and while it is a little expensive having the peace of mind that the 1-year warranty brings was worth it since it was for my mother. Would have been 5 stars if the price point was a little cheaper but the service itself was the best.

It works fine- the installer was great and worked hard and quickly.

Technician did a really nice job installing TV. He was professional. He made sure I was happy with the location of the TV on the wall. He also used a level...very professional installation.

Geek Squad went out of there way to make this installation right. The mount I purchased was wrong for a corner and they quickly provided the right one and installed everything perfectly.

I was remodeling my living room and decided to mount the tv above the fireplace. Best decision ever. Not only is it a space saver but it looks great as well. The geek squad duo that came to mount my tv knew what they were doing. Very knowledgeable and precise. Excellent job.

Geek Squad mounted my Samsung TV using a new wall mount I had bought at another store. They were very professional and the TV looks great on the wall as opposed to the stand it was on.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my new tv to the wall and hid all of the cords. They were quick and cleaned up the mess. Easiest and best way to mount your tv, it's worth the money!!!

After going from a 42 inch to a 65, the tv mounting was a must!! The Geek Squad was so professional, answered all my questioned and mounted my tv w/out showing any wires!!! So Happy :)

I was very impressed with the professional quality of the Geek Squad gentlemen that mounted my TV and set up my new surround sound system. Very impressed with everything of the 2 men.

They sent one technician to hang a 55" TV who, when she arrived, informed me this is a two person job. Duh! Also, despite what I was told on the phone, when paired with the setup and connect service, tech did not have cables that were necessary to do the job, nor was she prepared to find existing wires in the walls. Hire someone who actually understands the job!

The install was clean and perfect. I am very critical when it comes to the way my home looks. Both installers were polite, patient, and cleaned everything before they left.

Best thing I did was hire the Geek guard ti mount my new large screen TV on the way. No worry about whether I did it right cause they did it, and they knew what they were doing.

Service consisted of lowering TV from wall mount, relocating rf cable feed from antenna terminal to cable terminal and putting TV back in place on wall mount. Accomplished with no problem.

Just wish they would've done what I asked for them to do.

This is not the one we originally ordered but because it was mounted above a fire place the the spacing of the studs we go this one. It's great. It's moves where you move.

We have used the Geek Squad several times in the past. I expected them to efficiently install our new TV set into the house "sound" system, and they did the work exactly as I expected.

I had to cancel my order after being On hold for an hour and a half due to them leaving a message they had to reschedule my geek squad and delivery appointment and getting nowhere. I got so fed up being constantly being put on hold I canceled my purchase of the TV and scheduled Geek Squad service. Even after I received my confirmation the order was canceled I still received a call from their delivery vendor. I had to call back in and be on hold for 15 minutes. They explained Best Buy never notified them the order had been canceled. More waist of my time for a TV and service I paid in full in the store. Their loss. I'll never use Geek Squad or delivery from Best Buy again.
