My technician was experienced and explained how the mount worked. He also adjust the television and the components to insure everything was properly connected.

Geek Squad contracted our install through a third party. The FIRST appointment, we sat home all day and they never showed up nor called to tell us they were not coming. The second appointment, they came but the job is not done well. The TV is not centered on the wall as requested. They did not have all materials on the truck to have the TV properly installed and working. So it was incorrectly hung and they left without it working! Safety wasn’t used with COVID regulations. WILL ALWAYS ask WHO is doing the install from now on.

The geeks installed a 55 inch Samsung and a Samsung sound bar. They did it very efficiently and fast. I would not hesitate to have the geeks, come out again.

We bought a 65" LG oled and the rocket fish mount and paid for this package. The installation was scheduled two weeks out. The day of the installation the guy showed up, walked into the house, took one look at the mount, said "Thad not gonna work- you need to reschedule" and left. Not a good experience at all. To spare further headache we returned the mount an for installation and left the tv on a normal stand.

The space for this TV has less than an inch on all 4 sides. The Geek Squad set the mount and installed the TV first time. Great job
