    Geek Squad reps arrived and did the job efficiently and professionally. nothing to complain about here. Doubt I would have paid for the service, but it was included with TV purchase.

    Took a long time to mount the TV but looks good. Tried a second tv but scratched my hardwood floors sliding furniture instead of lifting it.

    The guys were polite but I didn't like the service, I never received a phone call confirming delivery and on top of it they were late. The installers mounted the tv bracket onto the wall only to realize they can't hide the wires! Which left me with no choice but to accept what was already done or I could return the tv. However, I would be left to patch holes from where the mount was placed and then repaint the walls myself? I couldn't get anybody to help me and when I went to the store they weren't helpful at ALL!

    The techs who came to the house were great. Ordering the service on-line was a disaster requiring 2 phone calls to Geek Squad, a visit to a Best Buy store and rescheduling the service day.
