Geek Squad was great installing my 75in tv on the wall in my house. Nice and clean

I had purchased a 55 inch Samsung 4k Magnolia tv, along with the sound bar. I was able to assemble the sound bar and install the tv, but I wanted help with the mount. I was told that I could not only purchase the mounting service, I had to purchase the mount, the sound assembly, and the install. I decided it wasn't worth it. It turns out the mounting was very easy and I was able to accomplish all three by myself. I'm glad I didn't end up having Best Buy to the mount.

They came and installed mount with no mess or hassle. Kudos for a job well done

They did have to raise the wall mount bracket to accommodate new TV, but did a poor job of cleaning up after themselves.

The website said they would hook it up to my home network. I have 4 TVs all on my network but they said I needed FIOS to come and hook it up. It cost me $170 for FIOS to come on top of the $199 the Geek Squad charged me. It turned out that it only needed a splitter. A very inexpensive fix to make it work. Geek should have known this. Calling FIOS to install it cost me $170 additional on top of the $199 for the Geek Squad.

The installers were very informative about product and how use the product.

The squad came a little early, but knew exactly what to do. Mounted TV, connected cable box and DVD player, as well as showed me how to use the remotes.

Good job they did for a very reasonable price. I work with Geek Squad again

I usually leave 5 star reviews for Best Buy. This was a major disappointment. The TV Mounting service advertises on a board in the store that one of the features (one of three listed) is the wires are hidden in the wall for clean look. When you buy the service for $200 they charge an extra $50 (25%!) for running the wires in the wall. Upon checkout they just said 'sorry that's what it is'. Very disappointing.
