Great, beautiful, easy to mount and stay and the wall.

I was not pleased with my install it is not neat. The Geek Squad tech had me purchase a cord kit that was too big and the cords look really tacky. However I got a private installer to install my other tv's and they charged me not half the cost of Best Buy and the work was phenomenal... No cords are visible and everything was neat. I paid 250 for a really bad install.

I purchased a bundle which includded the service and bracket. Apparently the rep rung it incorrectly $213 plus tax. As a result, I had to pay an additional $128.39 to the technician for the bracket. When I called to get credit, I got the run around and finally was told it has to be forwarded to back office. I received a call from back office one night at 10 pm est. It was a guy and when I told him that it was 10 pm his response was yes I know I am trying to leave so wanted to tell you there is nothing we can do. I called back the next day 12/29 and I was told a refund was processed and that I would have the ck in 10-14 days. On 1/23 I called back still no check and was told they needed to research and get back to me. Terrible service!!!!!

Geek Squad did a great job and kept area very clean

Geek squad can't do carpentry and the mount was too wide for the back of the nook where the TV was to be mounted. The Geek Squad guys had to leave the components and we had to call a handyman to nail a 2 x 4 to the back of the nook, hang the mount, and install the TV. The Geek Squad guys were cool and everything, but their problem- solving capabilities are limited.
