    Why so many charges?

    I had 2 TV's mounted but there was a 3rd mounting charge. For one TV I was charged $100 to mount and another $100 because it was over a fireplace. The other TV that was not over a fireplace (but same type of Sheetrock) was only $100. Their pricing is confusing.

    pricey for my needs

    purchased for a gift to my bro-in-law 100miles away. Guys mounted it ok, however didn't have an HDMI cable . Also didn't configure TV for best viewing. This was a simple mount on wall easily accessible with only a cable box input. Wish there was a $100 install pkg for these kinds of needs

    Install very well done but not complete

    While the install overall was excellent I was disappointed in how technician installed cable box( left hanging in back of tv w/out securing). Had to have follow up visit but technician didn't show on time and didn't call. Eventually got right but took 3 visits.

    Geek Squad was horrible. Members were rude and didn't know how to do the job. I had to hire someone else to finish the installation.

    I have had a number of 3rd party installers dispatched to my home to perform a variety of tasks. NEVER have they produced satisfactory results. Be wary if you are told you are going to have help from these marginally trained substitutes.

    I don't know why this is any different than installation and setup. Took over a week for delivery and installation by a subcontractor not geek squad. I could have taken TV with me at purchase and installed myself.

    I had the worst experience with trying to get my TV's mounted they only sent one person for a 65" install and had to wait for 2hrs for another tech to come and help him hang it.

    TV was slightly crooked, they left sharpie marks on my wall, contradicted most things my husband said, not wearing any uniform, didn't introduce themselves, overall not what we expected from Best Buy.

    Roku not installed by Best Buy

    Not installed by Best buy. They told us it would not work since we had a Roku on our other TV. We hired a private installer who put it on the new TV and it works!?? Ok product.

    Chris is nice but the other guy want to do fast and does not like to install speaker mounted but chirs fix the issue.

    Really not happy or satisfied with the bad service for the second TV mount. There was garbage left in my game room, with dry wall dust on my PlayStation and cable box.

    The TV bracket was delivered with several parts missing which was discovered when the GEEK Squad finally arrived. Best Buy refused the return of the product

    Couldn't get any responses. Will never make big purchase at Best Buy again because if anything goes wrong you will wait forever for answers and a refund.

    The price was good but you have to have the set up and when I realized that I had to get everything just for a mount it wasn't worth it.

    Basically my walls have numerous holes, my tv was mounted offset, and also it also sitting against cable
