The agents let me know when they were near my home and they called to give me a choice of having the TV delivered sooner! They entered with their mask on and removed my old TV and set up my new one. The tech arrived Saturday and installed the tv using my existing mounting bracket. When I visited the store a few days earlier it was recommended I purchase a new mounting bracket in case the existing one wouldn’t work. I was assured the new bracket would be delivered prior to the Saturday installation. The bracket didn’t arrive until the following Monday. I have the new bracket, unopened and need to have it returned for a refund. Any suggestions?

Service man was friendly, but, didn't want to stay and explain things to me. Was in a big hurry. I would recommend to a friend anyway, he might have been having a bad day. Otherwise, I have always had good luck with Best Buy service.
