The agents removed packaging and installed TV. Great work by this team. They also cleaned up after setup - a big plus.

The technicians were great. The "less than excellent" rating is assessed because the sound bar blocks the power button and the remote has to be handled differently to turn the power on and off. A second visit from the Geek Squad and a different technician showed me how to overcome the blockage of the power button to turn the TV on and off with ease. All technicians should know this and educate the customer.
