The agents did a excellent job setting up my new TV and hooking up my dvd recorder to my old TV that was relocated in my basement.

I Installed two 75" TVs myself. I got total tech to get the 85 installed. Samsung arrives with a built-in foam base for mounting the tv stand. Installers did not see Best Buy's own online installation video. I supervised the installation. The value for me was they lifted the unit on my TV table. I recommend techs watch TV-specific installation instructions. I recommend total tech for the additional warranty return time period.

I have used Geek squad for several jobs with my TV sets. They have always gone beyond the beyond in service and made sure all equipment was connected and was working. We bought a vacation home in a different area from a Best Buy that I am not used to working with. This Geek squad was adequate. They did not help me with making sure my speakers were connected with my television sets, even though I bought the speakers from Best Buy also. The price for their service was a little exorbitant considering they delivered & just set up the television sets. I was disappointed with the lack of service for the price with this particular Geek squad.

Geek Squad assisted with mounting and set up. They also went through calibration as that is a tad above my experience level. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Did a great job.

Chris and his colleague showed up on time and showed us how to use our new TV. We had a great experience and to our pleasant surprise the TV has adjustable legs. They showed up on a snowy day and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend purchasing the Total Tech Membership it's definitely worth it. Both Chris and his colleague get a 5 star rating for their tremendous service!
