Donald (from the Lynnwood location, I believe) was my Geek Squad rep. He called in advance to let me know his exact timetable -- then he was even a little early. He listened thoroughly to my problems and then told me exactly how he expected he could solve the problem. He estimated how long it would take and then completely delivered on his solution and the time it took. He was conscientious, fastidious about cleanliness and care in the time of covid, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable and professional. An absolute BRAVO!

Arrival was right on time by a very knowledgeable and courteous person. Took time to fully explain the problem and correct it to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

The agents discussed my network and plans on using my TV before they did anything. After fully understanding my needs, they went in the TV and set everything up. Being done too fast to follow, we discussed how to get to where I need to go, if I need or wish to make any adjustments. They were neat, quick and professional in all they did and completed the setup in less time than suggested. When I need it again, will definitely use it again.

We love our new 55" TV. It replaced a 45" and it fits perfect in the space. It has great sound and a clear, vibrant picture. The Geek Squad did a good job setting it up.

Geek Squad Technician Kosta Kontovas was a excellent technician. From the time he called to inform when he would arrive, to setup, cleanup and detailed instructions on how to operate my new tv and sound bar. What a pleasure it was to have a technician who was professional and who cares about the customer. He is an asset to Best Buy. He saved us from never ever using Best Buy again.
