Many THANKS to Geek Squad reps JOSEPH and DAVIS for their patience, professionalism, and attention to our concerns when setting up our new TV. They made sure we understood how to move back and forth between our two remotes to access the programs we were most interested in and were comfortable doing so. We have been enjoying our PBS PASSPORT programs ever since!

Thomas set up my smart tv and sound bar. He also synced headphones to dvd player. He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything more than once. This was our first smart tv, so a lot of questions needed answers. We were grateful to have him as our agent. Thank you Thomas

Best installation ever. Took about 30 minutes to get everything in place and connected and then we received a very detailed hands on tutorial of how it all worked. The installer was very patient with our confusion on some points. We don't even look for electronics or appliances elsewhere as the Omaha Geek Squad is always so good.

YES INSTALL STAND AND HOOKED UP TV - THE GREATEST!!!!!

The technician that came out not only hung the TV, but sat with my husband to discuss and show him all the bells and whistles of our new TV!

The guy knew his stuff. He set everything up quickly, and showed me how to operate the remote. He also programmed my Xfinity remote to work with the TV.

The Geek Squad Tech came out to reset our new remote for my new Onkyo receiver. Fixed it in no time explained what happened and showed us why. No more remote control problems. Great job.
