    set up my new tv running through my new receiver, I was having trouble found out we had a bad cable . he got everything running great. worth the money ,saved a lot of stress..

    3 experiences since Nov 12th. 2 Geek squad techs delivered and installed my 65” TV. Moved another TV, another agent synced my Oticon hearing unit after researching it before he came. 2 Geek squad agents came to my home for a proposal on a universal remote and Sonos unit to sync surround sound. Very satisfied with all my encounters. They knew there stuff! Billy Loftus, Jo, Nicholas Estrela, James Harasym, Sean Peterson. All from Best Buy Naples

    Rick did a perfect job in installing our 4K Samsung smart TV , connected it wirelessly to Netflix & Amazon Prime and made sure we understood how to use the various features.

    Installation was just OK. Having trouble with Power button on cable remote to turn on TV & DVR. Little to no explanation. Expected more for the service price & Geek Squad.

    Love this TV. I got a great deal and set up was great. They arrived on time and made sure I was happy before they left. I bought the TV for my bedroom and love everything about it.
