The 2 guys and the lady from Best Buy were the best I have had from the Geek Squad. If it is at all possible I will ask for them if I need the Geek Squad again. They were very polite, very friendly and did anything I had ask them to do about my tv. I am not an expert on how to set up anything on my TV. They explain everything very good. Thanks again for all the help with my TV and my husband.

Needed to have the TV checked on delivery to be sure there are no issues and having to transport back, etc. so this seemed to be the best option. They were very professional, unpacked it and set it up and offered to review TV features, etc.

Agent did not mount tv as stated. The service was just to make sure existing tv worked properly with new Bose Sound Bar. He checked to confirm sound bar was connected properly (it was) and then he worked with cable remote for at least 1/2 hour to get the best sound possible. The tv is 7-1/2 years old so does not have the ability to sync properly with components with newer technology. The tv sound is now better than it was, but still much, much room for improvement. Only solution is a new smart tv.

guys were relatively quick and did a good job. had issues connecting old dvd player but recommended i get a Sony adapter ($30). that was what it needed. Friendly & helpful. easier than figuring it out myself.

My Geek was really polite and knowledgeable. He also told me that my cable box was out of date and I would get a better picture after I got new box. HE WAS RIGHT !!!

From arrival to unpacking to installation to departure , 20 minutes, filled with information. Remotes adjusted. Cordial and obviously competent technician.

The installer was great! Wrong remote w tv, had to use my warrentee to getcortect remote otherwise tv and remote had tobe returned and teplacd and re set up/installed. Also tv not compatible with my new smart phone. Product information not adiquite/accurate to inform purcher.
