I can't say enough good things about the service provided by the Geek Squad. They and us wore our masks as they delivered/installed our new 4K TV; moved our other TV to another room; installed our new HDMI to RCA Converter on yet another (oldie but goodie) Sony TV which allowed us to attach a Firestick (and cut the satellite cord). They took their time to be cautious with everything they moved and set up our two new 4K Firesticks and assisted us with setting up our YouTube TV on the new TV.

The technicians that came out really knew their stuff and quickly resolved all my issues and questions in 45 minutes. They were prompt, courteous and efficient.

TV arrived on time and the installers were quick and efficient and showed me the basic operation

I thought my TV didn't work right at first and Best Buy brought out a new one for me and the wonderful guy helped me with the proper hookup. Now everything is perfect without having to replace it.

I made the appointment to hang my TV on the wall and they arrived on time and took care of everything. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

You did everything, including carrying the heavy TV stand up a flight of stairs with a smile on your faces. You set up the 75 inch TV quickly and you guys are unbelievably nice. Oh my..GEEK SQUAD was over the top professional, quick, neat and tidy, very well informed as to ALL our electronic devices, but most of all FRIENDLY and user friendly also. Loved these guys..well worth our money spent for them. We are soooo enjoying our new 65" Samsung..Thanks Guys..
