Awesome service no problem friendly guys that came to mount my TV

Would highly recommend going this route cause this is definitely not a one man installation. These guys know what they are doing and I'm technical and strongly support this method.

The Geek Squad was very professional in connecting all the devices. They even connected some wireless headphones we had previously. One issue. They did not know how to set it up with Google Home. But we were able to schedule a reset with no problem

The agents installed my new Samsung 65 inch Smart tv. They setup the remote ad showed me how to use it They answered all of my questions.

When technician hooked up the outdoor digital antenna I didn’t have all the channels that I had on the other tv! He didn’t check to see what th issue was. He just said it must be because of the clouds and weather.

this tv connect and setup went very smoothly. the geek squad team members were on time and very efficent at their work.

The second agent that delivered and setup our new TV was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful

Delivery men arrived on time. Took TV from shipping carton. Attached legs to TV. Placed TV on table, attached all cables. Turned TV on and made necessary settings with use of remote controller. Removed all packing material and cleaned up area. Placed old TV and trash in truck and departed. Estimate 30 to 45 minutes total time. Good job with offer to assist if needed in future.
