They came to do the setup when they said they would. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees. As I am tech deficient I appreciated this service very much and it's worth every penny.

The service was good it took only an hour . It was worth getting set-up done by them , It would have taken me hours to complete.

The crew of two who came in and not only set us up with all our apps and patiently helped us step up to this new way of viewing, also carted off our old tv. They were so helpful and patient--in fact they even stood by to help as we adjusted a rather heavy shelf in the cabinet where the new TV was installed. I've since called on them for input and boy I'm sure glad we signed on for support for another few years. Well worth it for us non-technologically savvy septugenarians!

I love the TV, a beautiful clear picture. The Geeks was professional and accurate. I had to order another part to hold the TV up, because my stand was not big enough for the legs underneath the TV.

The agents mounted and connected the new JBL sound bar and cable box, dvr and explained the tv.

The agents were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They easily and quickly set up my new tv and programmed it for me. One explained the use of its simplified remote which I really like. They took away the old tv and were here only about 20 mins. Both agents wore masks and shoe coverings which I appreciated. Two friends had used this set-up service and highly recommended I do the same. I heartily agree!

How ironic. I was doing some cleaning today and while I was dusting my television. I notice a little crack on the upper right side of my TV. I was about about to call just before I check my email.
