Dennis and "Stitch", the Geek Guys, were prompt and quite knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the set up of my new TV.

The person who delivered/installed the television knew what he was doing.

He did an amazing job for us. Not your typical install and did it perfectly!

The support person let me know I could get free set up. He was absolutely terrific. He brought in the box, and took old TV, and all packing materials. He did all my set up with me. It was such a wonderful experience. Best Buy provides wonderful support with Geed Squad.

The Geek Squad installed my tv , and my Denon receiver , and my new blu ray player. It was a very good idea to have them install it perfectly.

The installer arrived on time and went right to work. Wasn't afraid of my dogs and took care to put booties on over his shoes. Pretty much had everything ready to go in about 30 minutes or so. No issues.

Geek Squad did a very good job eating up my TV and connecting all my streaming devices. They were here for an hour and 15 minutes for setup. They connected my cable and my Apple TV 4K. They also set up my sound bar. Good job overall.

The installer was very competent and professional. He replaced our existing wall mount and made sure the new one was level and securely fastened to the wall. We opted for a fixed mount. He went through all of the set-up procedures and explained how to use the remotes. My wife was initially concerned about the cost, but after seeing the finished results she agreed that it was a good idea to have it done by the Geek Squad. Very pleased with the outcome.
