Service arrived as scheduled and set up the TV. The te h answered all of my questions and made certain I understood how to use this product

the agent was knowledgeable, quick and helpful. but I still have problems with the TV! sound goes off, and I have to turn the TV off, to get sound back.

I'm not great when it comes to electronics hook-ups so we had the Geek Squad service added to the purchase. So happy we did because Steve and Hunter did a fantastic job. They brought all the items to the house and Steve worked on the new items in the family room while Hunter took the old electronics downstairs and di the install down there. Great job! Highly recommend these guys!

I had the Geek Squad set up my 55" LG OLDE Tv and they suggested I get a new mount that will allow to TV to move which my older mount did not allow. The technician arrived on time, he called for another tech to help him get it on the wall. They set it up quickly.

Beyond these two noteworthy elements, they quickly worked a as a team to explain and set up my new 65 inch Sony OELD TV.

The agent knew everything about the installation. I did change to "feet" on the tv and he showed me an alternative to fit my situation and it works GREAT!!! He returned to install the new "feet". SO Helpful and caring!!!!
