My summary says it all. They installed the TV for my elderly mother. And the guy brought groceries in for her! Very kind, and did a great job.

Excellent team members. Knew exactly what needed to be done and did.

The team of two arrived on time, with a courteous call ahead of visit. These guys treated my place with respect, took their shoes off, installed the TV and guided me through manuals, and left the place super neat. I was impressed how polite they were. I know it's a little extra to pay, but in no way, I could lift and carry the box with 65" TV by myself. I'm glad Best Buy has Geek Squad available for these services.

HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT HE WAS TO DO. MOVED A TV TO ANOTHER ROOM TO PUT THE NEW ONE IN THAT PLACE. SPENT AN EXTRA BIT OF TIME SHOWING ME HOW TO USE THE REMOTE AN EVEN HAD ME USE THE REMOTE TO BE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HIM. WHAT A GREAT GEEK! HE DID SO MUCH TO HELP ME BECAUSE THE DELIVERY PERSON OF THE WASHER AND DRYER SAIS IT WASN'T ON HIS ORDER TO SET UP THE TV. I HAD BEEN ASSURED THAT IT WAS TO WORK THAT WAY. ANYWAY ALL WENT WELL AND I WISH I HAD TIME NOW TO LOOK THROUGH RECEIPTS TO FIND HIS NAME. HE'S DUE MANY SALUTATIONS!!
