The tech was great and handle our questions regarding the 55" Sony TV installation - He also added our streaming apps. Unfortunately, we are still having problems transferring to the streaming apps from the remote input button, not functioning and we keep seeing the TV HMI2 flashing on the screen.

Very efficient and competent assembly and set-up. The Geeks even set up the TV and soundbar so that I could use my AT&T remote for all general picture & sound use with just the one remote. I've only had to use the separate Samsung TV remote to access the Samsung settings and tweak the picture color tone to my liking.

Technicians were very professional, wore their (COVID) masks, handled my new TV very carefully. One opened the box, the other put the parts together. They worked as a team, and installed the TV very quickly, explaining each step to me as they went. They explained operation of the TV, programed it to my cable service and DVD, and explained that as well. They cleaned up all the packaging and took it away, leaving my room clean and in perfect order.

Love having this service. Comes in so handy when youneed it the most. I use mine all the time. Best Purchase I ever made!

My Geek Squad man (I think his name was Brandon) did a great job installing the TV, had the proper "feet" for it (since the ones that came with the TV didn't fit my stand) and patiently showed me how to use both remotes and switch back and forth. He was great!

Set up for TV and DVD player seemed easy. Detailed instructions were provided. I'm planning on using the geek squad for my computer needs.
